Markets at Riurau in Jesús Pobre volver

Activities in the Riurau

The Riurau Market was born in July 2013, driven by the Association of neighbors of Jesús Pobre. It was a refurbished traditional space, the magnificent riurau of Benissadevi, in which bakers, farmers and gardeners, vintners undertake to offer first-hand the product of their work.

Every Sunday, the riurau of Jesús Pobre, is full of stands of fruits and vegetables, coques and pastissets of the Marina Alta region, traditional dessert, etc.

During the winter, the market will be open from 9am to 2pm

During the summer (until 11 September), the market will be open from 18 to 23 hours.

The Fair of Brocanters and Collectors is organized by the Association of Brocanters and Collectors of the Marina Alta, together with the collaboration of the City Council of the town of Jesús Pobre.

You will find all kinds of items and curiosities - furniture of all styles and epochs, ceramics, lamps, paintings, sculpture, vintage items, disks, sewing machines, irons, candlesticks, antique beds, table watches, pocket watches, collector coins, African art, Japanese, Chinese and a long etc… that would be hard to come by.

You will be amazed at the amount of things at your fingertips and often at prices below the cost you would have in an antique shop or grocery store.

Every first Sunday of each month from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.
