The BLUE FLAG is the oldest, most recognized, and recognizable award for beaches and marinas worldwide.

The criteria are becoming increasingly demanding each year, and changes are reviewed and agreed upon internationally by the National Blue Flag Operators.

The criteria that a BLUE FLAG BEACH must meet are divided into four main categories:

• Environmental Information and Education
• Water Quality
• Environmental Management
• Safety and Services

In Dénia, the following beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag for the 2024-2025 season:

• Les Deveses
• Les Marines
• La Marineta Cassiana
• Els Molins
• La Punta del Raset
