We will start walking from the end of les rotes towards the gerro tower enjoying the impressive views that the environment offers us, we will enjoy the walk and we will recognize species of our native flora.

We will arrive at this singular construction of the XVI century. A watchtower that was erected to defend against the frequent attacks by corsairs and Barbary pirates who besieged these coasts. In the heart of the Montgó natural park, this tower has been a relentless witness to storms, large ships, pirates, passing cetaceans and countless events. Will we be able to take the tower and put up our flag?
