The Carnot is a herbal brandy that became very popular in the city of Dénia in the mid-twentieth century. This natural spirit used to be drunk mixed with “seltzer water” or siphon. Today we want to give it a new life, combining it with tonic or other sweet or dry carbonated drinks. For this reason, when you have the opportunity to try it… you will have to ask yourself the following question: What do you prefer? Classicot or modernot?

The EXPERIENCE consists of a presentation of Carnot, which will last 30 minutes. Then, you will be able to taste our natural spirit through three different ways of drinking it along with a selection of local tapas from our Marina Alta region.
