We celebrate 10 years of the declaration as Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO, a recognition of the richness of our culinary and agri-food heritage and also a challenge to show and enrich our gastronomic potential, inextricably linked to the identity and in the territory. It has been ten years of experiences, exchanges, training and research. A path seasoned with creativity and sown with illusions and projects to cook, without losing sight of the references and simmering, a future of opportunities. We want to share with you the birthday party with a program of activities that we will soon make public. It will be the celebration of a living gastronomic culture with strong roots.
