The Fundació Dénia Ciutat Creativa (Dénia City Council, CEDMA, AEHTMA and Baleària) has organized the conference “Dénia, Ciutat del Pensament 2025” to promote knowledge, creativity and sustainability. It also includes a space dedicated to gastronomy, within the program of events celebrating the 10th anniversary of the designation of Dénia as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
