OPENING DAY 4 AT 18:30hConsult HERE the digital catalogThe Centre d’Art l’Estació of Dénia hosts the exhibition of the artist Begoña Jordá, “A contraforma, el lenguaje de las letras. “Curated by Jimena González del Río Cogorno and Nereida Tarazona Belenguer, from the Universitat Politècnica de València. The exhibition includes 16 works by the graphic artist, director of the Master in Graphic Arts and professor at the Universitat Politècnica de València, Begoña Jordá, where once again presents the creative potential of typography with a characteristic style of the artist. “This exhibition invites us to reflect on the verbal and visual duality of typography” says Nereida Tarazona. “Begoña uses very creatively parts of the letters that are sometimes imperceptible, but nevertheless have great importance in the typographic anatomy, such as the counterform or the white spaces,” adds Jimena González del Río. Simple, clean, unique compositions, with logical shapes and vibrant chromaticism end up in dynamic designs, full of life.
