Dénia, as a member of the gastronomic platform Saborea España, will participate next October 21 in the international gastronomic event, WOW Oporto, to be held in Oporto (Portugal). This meeting will be supported by the Spanish Tourism Office (OTS) in Lisbon and directed by the renowned Portuguese journalist Miguel Torrão.

During the day, some of the Spanish gastronomic destinations that are members of Saborea España will present their culinary offerings through tastings, workshops and showcookings with the aim of winning over the professional public: travel agencies, tour operators, journalists and influencers specialized in gastronomy.

On behalf of the gastronomy of Dianova, AEHTMA has the collaboration of AEHTMA through the participation of the chef Carlos García Moreno from DEXCARO restaurant.

Among the destinations that will participate along with Dénia, include Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Cambrils and Burgos. The participation of Seville and Oviedo is still to be confirmed.

The main purpose of the event will be to promote networking, establish strategic relationships and open new avenues for international collaboration in the field of gastronomic tourism.

With this action, Dénia reinforces its strategy of internationalization of gastronomic tourism and consolidates its commitment to projects that connect its culinary heritage with professional audiences.
