The Dénia Film Office is the municipal service created to facilitate and promote audiovisual filming in the city. Its mission is to support production companies, agencies and industry professionals who choose Dénia as the setting for films, series, documentaries, advertising or photo shoots.
Thanks to its diversity of landscapes and local hospitality, Dénia has become a natural set for film, television and advertising. The Film Office works to ensure that each production finds here an ideal environment and all the facilities for its development.
Dénia is part of the Costa Blanca Film Office network.

Application for filming permits for areas that also affect other organizations because they fall under their jurisdiction: Beaches, Ports and the Montgó Natural Park, etc.
Beaches: Authorization from the Provincial Coastal Service is also required.

Ports: Authorization from the Port Authority is also required. If it affects marinas, apart from such authorization, the marina management will be contacted for authorization.

Recordings that do not require filming permits
In streets, squares and municipal environments:
For filming without occupation of public roads, i.e., in the case of filming with a hand-held camera or tripod, the crew consists of only a few people, and the filming does not hinder the transit of vehicles and/or pedestrians in public spaces.
However, the dates and places of filming must be reported to the Dénia Film Office (form that appears in Services offered by the Dénia Film Office) and a copy of the civil liability insurance must be provided, in order to inform the Local Police and avoid possible problems during filming.
For spaces that also affect other organizations, you should contact them to inform them and see their characteristics and possible conditions.
