Information about
SICTED (Sistema Integral de Calidad Turística en Destino) is a project to improve the quality of tourist destinations promoted by the Secretary of State for Tourism, with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP). Its main objective is to offer the visitor a homogeneous and satisfactory experience in all the tourist services of the destination.
Dénia, as a city committed to excellence and internationally recognized for its tourist and gastronomic offer, is part of this initiative. Through SICTED, local companies and services work together to improve the attention, management and quality in every detail that the visitor receives.
Each year the awards are given to companies and tourist services that meet the requirements of the program. In Dénia, there are already numerous entities that bear the SICTED seal as a symbol of commitment to quality and visitor satisfaction.
