• If you are hiking or biking on the Montgó, stay on the marked trails and do not light fires under any circumstances.
• Use marine-friendly sunscreen when swimming in the sea.

• Take advantage of natural light and ventilate spaces in a sustainable way.
• Take a shower instead of a bath, and turn off the tap while brushing your teeth.
