The experience
- Welcome on Board: Passengers are greeted with a brief introduction to Día de las Letras, explaining its significance and connection to Spanish culture, especially Cervantes.
- Theatricalization – The Disembarkation of Cervantes: During the sailing, the scene of the Disembarkation is reenacted while “Cervantes” mentions how his experiences influenced his writings, such as “La Galatea” and “Don Quixote”.
- Literary Farewell: Arriving at the port, “Cervantes” bids farewell with a short inspirational message about literature and his legacy.
