Good cycling practices

  • The cyclist must ALWAYS carry his or her documentation (identity card or passport).
  • Traffic regulations must be observed. These rules and the signage found along the route will ALWAYS prevail over the routes and tracks in this information.
  • You must drive responsibly and respectfully towards other road users and without having consumed alcohol or drugs.
  • The use of helmets is mandatory .
  • Cell phones must not be used while driving. The use of headphones to listen to music is also prohibited.
  • You should ride in single file or two by two. And always, if possible, on the shoulder or, in its absence, as far to the right as possible.
  • It is forbidden to drive on highways or freeways. It is advisable to be seen in low visibility situations.
  • The group of cyclists may be accompanied by a properly marked vehicle (sign V-22).
  • The environment must be respected. No packaging or waste should be thrown away.
