Route for users with experience in Nordic Walking.
Route with asphalted section, track and trails, with technical sections. It is recommended to have good practice with the use of poles.
Mountain route along the old path of the Montgó Agricultural Colony, which runs along the northern slope, with a horizontal route.
Once we have climbed the first stretch of the Camí de la Colonia, we will go to the right towards the Racó del Bou. Once this section is finished, we will take an ascending path towards the east, towards the ascent to the Creueta and the Cova de l’Aigua.

The mountain vegetation has occupied the terraces where vineyards, fig, almond and carob trees were previously cultivated, a vestige of the Montgó Agricultural Colony.
In spring, flowers carpet the terrain, highlighting the Montgó’s biodiversity with more than 650 species of plants.
Magnificent mountain views over Dénia and the castle, the Segaria mountain range and the coastline of the Gulf of Valencia. On clear days you can see over the horizon of the sea the mountains of Ibiza, even Mallorca.
An ideal route to do in the afternoon to enjoy a wonderful sunset.
