This advanced level route combines hardness and distance, so that experienced cyclists can get to know and enjoy the most representative roads of our area.
Route Data
The beginning of the route coincides with the “Route 8” as it climbs the Coll de Rates pass (CV-715) and Somo (CV-752), and once in Castell de Castells, it continues climbing towards the municipality of Gorga (CV-720) and passing through Famorca and Facheca, among others.
After Gorga we will find a good stretch of climbs and descents through Millena and Almudaina (CV-708) and after Planes the final climb to the top of La Vall de Gallinera (CV-700). From this point we can only enjoy the long descent to Pego and flatten the last kilometers to Dénia.
This track coincides with the cycling tour “La Gamba”, which used to be held every year in Dénia.
